The owner of this Carthage, TN, home noticed that the steps leading to their front door were beginning to separate from the house. With concern for the stability of their home, the owner called us to complete a free inspection of the foundation. Rather than recommending the costly and invasive process of replacing the front steps altogether, we suggested the installation of helical piers to lift the sinking steps. The helical piers will offer stability and prevent future settlement for years to come.
