The owner of this Smithville, TN home was concerned with the home's sagging floors. We took a look under the floor joists to see how we could fix the problem. We installed SmartJacks in this home's crawlspace to support the floors and make them more level. The home owner was left satisfied with a job well-done! 

This home is over 25 years old. The home owner had noticed stair step cracks in the basement wall. The family plans to keep the home for generations, protecting the home and correcting the issue before it got worse was important.

The weight of the soil is pressing around the foundation wall; the wall is giving in to the weight creating cracks in the block. Wall anchors are used to counteract the soil pressure and reinforce the foundation wall.

This home has a large retaining wall which needed a total of 7 Geo-lock wall anchors installed to straighten the wall and prevent any damage or collapse.
