Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete porch & house. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.

When this Kentucky family moved into their home, they noticed a small crack on their front porch concrete slab. Over the years they noticed it getting worse and worse. The homeowner was worried it would become even more of an eyesore and tripping hazard,so he began calling companies to get it fixed professionally. They lifted the sinking porch with our non-invasive PolyLevel injection and sealed the crack with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Unlike most cheap sealants, NexusPro is urethane based and UV ray resistant, so you'll never have to worry about it cracking and bubbling in the hot sun.

This was a church in Hopkinsville Kentucky that was concerned with their front steps becoming a tripping hazard and wanted to get the problem fixed before someone got hurt.  They contacted Frontier Basement Systems and a design specialist was sent to their home.  It was designed that PolyLevel injections to slightly lift the slab and some sealant was the right solution for this church.  The results are beautiful.
