The product we use for sealing cracks is the NexusPro Sealant.

The product we use for lifting sunken slabs/porches/steps/etc. is the PolyLevel injector foam.
Not only does it lift slabs, but it also strengthens and stabilizes loose soil.

Cracks and sinking slabs can happen for multiple reasons, such as erosion, flooding, or the soil just not being properly prepared for it.. either way, it won't go away by itself and causes a huge eyesore on a once beautiful home.
