They googled concrete repair companies and found us! Our inspector came to the home and assessed the porch, steps, and walkway. He told the homeowners about our products and how we could help them with a lasting solution. . 

Concrete Repair Products Used:
PolyLevel-  utilizes high-density polyurethane foam to stabilize and level concrete floors and foundations
This is done by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab, and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural grade polymer into the void. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab. Finally, the small holes are grouted and sealed, and the slab is completely restored.

NexusPro Crack Sealant- a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry. It fits into homeowners' busy lifestyles, too - drying time is a fraction of that needed for other urethane-based caulking products.

The homeowners now have a safe sidewalk and are glad to be able to walk on it without having to constantly avoid tripping! 

Tripping hazards can be avoided by lifting your concrete slab back to where it was originally. Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair uses a more permanent solution found in PolyLevel injections and NexusPro sealant.

Customer had problems with ground settling and causing the driveway to crack. Our specialist used Poly Level 400 to lift and then used Nexus Pro Crack Repair and Joint Sealant to finish this project.

This homeowner was having sinking issues with his front steps, they had started to drop, and pull away from the porch. We were able to help this homeowner with a little poly lift and sealant.

This Clarksville home was having trouble with its surrounding soil. Whether it was because of erosion, moisture, frost, or any of the many other possibilities, the homeowners knew they needed to fix their issues before it got any worse. 

Inside the home, they had cracks and wall failure, which we took care of with our PowerBrace product and waterproofing products. Outside the home, the soil could no longer stand the weight of the cement steps and it started to sink. Cracks in the sidewalk started to appear, as well. For this, we used NexusPro Joint Sealant and PolyLevel. 

PolyLevel is a two-part foam that is injected beneath the concrete, instantly lifting and leveling the sunken concrete slab.
We used NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that prevents water ice and dirt from infiltrating the concrete joint and the ground below, to seal the cracks.

The homeowners now don't have to worry about their sidewalk or steps being a tripping hazard or eyesore!
