This 1972 Nashville home's porch recently had some settlement issues that resulted in a tripping hazard. Their concrete porch had sunk a little and become uneven and cracks began to appear recently. The homeowners have had recent slips, because of these issues and were worried a fall might land someone in the hospital. When they saw our ad in Clipper Magazine they knew it was a sign and called us immediately to book a free inspection. 
Our trained inspector came out and surveyed their property. He noted all of the cracks and sinking porch.. he knew exactly what to do.
Our crew came in and installed helical piers under the porch slab to lift it back to its original position and used NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks in their sidewalk. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry!

Customer had patio, porch & driveway with multiple cracks due to ground settlement. Crews used Poly Level 400 to lift & stabilize ground, then used the Nexus Pro to repair & seal cracks to prevent further damage.

Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete front sidewalk. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.
