Frontier's PolyLevel system was used to lift and stabilize the concrete slab that served as the homeowner's front porch.

Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete driveway, sidewalk and a separation of the stairs & porch. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue.

Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.

The concrete around this pool leading up to the deck seating had fallen in multiple areas and needed as much as a 2" lift in some areas.

The concrete stairs of this home were sinking and pulling away from the porch. The railing was no longer attached to the step.

PolyLevel was the perfect solution to lift the concrete and give the homeowner peace-of-mind and safety.

These homeowners had some cracks throughout their walkway.  Before it started to sink too much they wanted to be proactive and get ahead of this problem.  They reached out to Frontier and Frontier had a design specialist go and diagnose the problem.  Together with the homeowner it was decided that some PolyLevel would be injected under the concrete to fill the small void as well as some Nexus Pro Joint Sealant to smooth everything out.  The results are beautiful. What a difference.
