This Tennessee family had lived in their Nashville home for 15 years and recently started experiencing sinking issues with the front porch. This was causing a serious tripping problem, as well as causing standing water from the uneven surface. Our crew's solution for this sinking porch slab was to inject PolyLevel until it was at the desired level. Thanks to PolyLevel their slab is now lifted, the loose soil below is strengthened and stabilized and they don't have to worry about the dangerous trip hazard anymore!

This stairway was a terrible hazard for this homeowner. The short wall at the bottom was being pushed out, the steps are falling away from the porch and the handrail was propped up with a couple of bricks. A very dangerous situation. Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair went in with PolyLevel injections and lifted those steps up to where they should be, and will follow up with NexusPro sealant to permanently close the cracks.

These homeowners' were really struggling with their front steps and being able to lift and level them. Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customer's front sidewalk and stairs. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the Structure would allow, guaranteeing stabilization.
