This 1996 home had begun experiencing problems 2 years ago. Its front porch was sinking bad and it was causing cracks. The homeowners were ready to get these problems fixed! He advised that our crew put NexusPro Joint Sealant on the cracks, so the homeowners no longer had to worry about their property value decreasing due to more cracks. NexusPro is silicone based, UV ray resistant, and was engineered to stand up to harsh weather conditions.

The short wall at the bottom was being pushed out, the steps are falling away from the porch and the handrail was propped up with a couple of bricks. A very dangerous situation.
