When this Tennessee family bought their home it had already had cracks in the walls and a sinking porch. They had noticed the porch was getting worse and was causing water to leak into their crawl space. They had tried to fix the problem themselves with the caulk joint, but it only cracked and withered away in the heat. They had been looking in a local home & garden magazine when they came across us. Our solution was to lift the porch to the correct height using PolyLevel injection and seal the cracks with NexusPro Sealant. The before photo shows how the stairs have broken away from the porch and has sunk into the ground. In the after photo, PolyLevel was used to lift that staircase and stabilize it. PolyLevel can lift anywhere from 2000 to 4000 lbs. per square foot, and it lasts for a very long time.
