Safety First!

The front steps of this Hendersonville home continued to sink over the last few years. This much change in step height was a potential trip hazard. The homeowner was worried about safety and the expense of correcting the problem.

The homeowner wanted a permanent fix for the uneven sidewalk leading to his 1973 home. The trip hazard and possibility of walls caving in due to the cracks and uneven sidewalk were fixed by PolyLevel and NexusPro.

Products Installed:
NexusPro- It is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry. 

PolyLevel- It is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

The homeowner now has safe porch stairs and a peace of mind!
