My experience with your company was not exactly what I expected!  I had visualized trucks, big equipment, men everywhere digging up my lawn, and maybe leaving a mess for me to clean up.  You can imagine my surprise when the crew arrived on time and rang my doorbell.  I must have looked at them as if they were at the wrong house until I saw the shirts with "Frontier Basements" on them.  I was looking at my crew and couldn't believe it - there stood a lovely lady (RENAI,the foreman) and a young man, (KEVIN her helper).  After the introductions, they went to work and did not stop all day.  Even the heat and the areas in the sun didn't stop them.  They worked tirelessly all day for about 8 hours or more.  Renai worked on the front area and Kevin worked on the drains.  When she finished with the concrete work, she helped Kevin with the last drain,  which was the most difficult  and not anticipated.... a long trench to be dug, many rocks and tree roots in the way plus digging under a set of steps to connect the pipes.   They hoped to finish that day, but it was getting late, I know they must have been very tired,  so they finished what could be done and Renai said they would return the next day.  Renai finished the next morning by herself as Kevin was not able to come.  She is an amazing woman!  She was even driving the truck, pulling the equipment and trailer....how many women could do that?  So I applaud Renai and Kevin for their tireless and professional work and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.  They were friendly, polite, and an exceptional and knowledgeable crew to have do my basement work.  Frontier is fortunate to have them on their team!   Thanks for sending them for the job.  I couldn't have ask for better.

Good morning, Layne,Yes, the house is sold, we did the closing about 4 weeks ago. The new owner’s are Mr.&Mrs. Charles “Hunt” McCollum. They had just signed the contract on selling their home so I know they’ve been busy! I gave them the Frontier contact info and stressed the importance of having your guys maintain the system to keep it operating as it should. I also gave him some insight as far as leaving access and room for the wall and sump system maintenance should he decide to finish the basement later. Thanks for all the help over the years, I tell everyone who asks that Frontier is a top notch company to deal with, their system works, and that they stand behind their work. Jesus and crew finished our project yesterday. They worked very diligently.  I really appreciated their strong work ethic and my wife really appreciated the fact that they were very neat and cleaned up the basement when they were complete.  I would highly recommend Jesus and crew to anyone.  Thanks.  Bill

Outstanding Job!! It was like they were never there, well except for the visible sump drain in the lawn which looks great.  I saw an ad on the internet by accident and decided to call. One of their design specialists came out and after explaining what I wanted, We were able to put together a battle plan, and the cost was acceptable. When the crew arrived, Fernando the foreman took the time to show me all the materials that would be used for the project. I was impressed with his knowledge and politeness. Once the crew introduced themselves they got to work and completed all tasks in a relatively short time. I was then asked to follow Fernando in to show all the work had been completed and again, I was very impressed with the quality and completeness of the job. Outstanding job to Fernando and his crew!!!

Shoutout to Frontier Basement Systems.  Woke up to a dry basement.  Everything workng the way it should.  Even after 4 years!

The installation crew are the best. All the guys worked efficiently and were very courteous and knew their stuff. Much appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. My basement looked better after construction. Thank you guys! Very nice. The price and knowledge of the sales rep is what made me choose the company. Very reassuring and his knowledge of how to fix my problem put me at ease.

Ben was on time, listened, and answered all of my questions. He was very nice! We will be having Frontier Basement Systems do the work on our home.

Mrs. Conaghan is extremely happy with the Sanidry install & said she loved Donald. He was so nice!
