Mitch was the service tech that came out to do her service. She said that he was a very nice guy and he did a wonderful job. She said that he was able to come early and called her first, she really appreciated the fact that he called and that he was able to come early. She said that he was all done with the service by the time he was originally supposed to be out there.

It was a tight knit family atmosphere, and there wasn't the feeling of stress and anxiety that many work environments tend to be flooded with. I feel like I can breathe here.

Besides the fact that I think the appearance of our office is something to be proud of, i love the way this company helps each other out with no hesitation whether it is personal or work related, they will help. I also admire the genuine care that we have for our customers.

This is a good family-based workplace. they provide great training, answer questions you have. You can get bonuses and they work with your schedules. Everyone works together to get to a common goal.

I just wanted to say Thank You again for making my home safe to live in.  I had mold and the floors in the back were rotten.  But, thanks to your wonderful people; John, Andrew, Jason and Matt, they not only fixed it, they were very, very nice and honest people.  And I will also say they were God sent. Have you ever heard of us or seen our name anywhere else?  Yes. Coupon magazine and flyers.  Was our office staff courteous and helpful? It normally took two and three calls to obtain what was needed and the best responses came from the salesman and the owner.  What are your thoughts on our representative and his presentation? Ryan Fulton was thorough with his documents and his presentation. His inspection and photographs helped explain the issues.  What TWO reasons led you to select Frontier Basement Systems over another company? The visit with the inspector and explanatory book AND the integrity of the inspector. Your best bet is to be PROACTIVE and communicate clearly.  Was the crew courteous? Yes. The foreman Matt Todd carried this load. Workers were polite but seemed passive much of the time. Not a problem- just an area for attention.  We would appreciate comments: We will assess the effects of ENCAPSULATION over the coming year: consumption of electricity/gas for heating, condition of wood and insulation, dryness of air and ground base walls and operation of dehumidifier and sump pump. This will determine whether encapsulation is cost-effective.  May we use you are a reference? Yes.   

Frontier.... Thanks very much for your efficient and speedy response to my request & purchase of a grate for our backyard pipe line.   I had totally destroyed the original grate by running over it with the lawnmower so I really appreciated having your serviceman deliver and install  a new grate this morning so that we don't have a hole in the middle of the yard! Thanks again!!! Roby S
