Just wanted to drop you a note to review my experiences with your company. Over a year ago, I had your company attempt to stop leaking water coming into my basement at 100 Bowling Avenue in Nashville. The first effort was not successful. Your production manager, Jesus Bravo, came out and together we evaluated the job which needed improvement. He was very professional and VERY helpful. Most importantly, he agreed to correct any associated problems with the previous job. At that time, with his consultation, I felt we needed to do the other side of the house, as well, for an additional $2,537.00. The work started again on July 21 of this year and proceeded nicely. Your team leader, Mr. Gumaro Zarate, was really good to work with throughout the project. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Also, he was very creative about my particular problems at that location. We agreed on several design improvements resulting in an additional $1,260.00 in change orders. That was a lot of money overall, but I really felt good about what was being done. Conclusion: as of this date, there have been several hard rains, but no water came in from the front of the house. This is the first time in fifteen years that this has been the case. Let me commend Mr, Zarate for his outstanding job, as he exhibited excellent skills throughout the job which in turn reflected great credit to your company.
