Master Services successfully waterproofed a residence's basement in Kingsport, TN. The basement was prone to frequent water flooding during rainfall, leading to mold growth on the bricks. To address this issue, our team installed a vapor barrier that covered the entire walls and implemented our WaterGuard® Drainage System, a cleverly designed canal that redirects water from the walls to the lowest point inside the basement. At this point, the water gets collected by our reliable sump pump system, efficiently removing water from the house and diverting it outside. This straightforward solution reduced clutter in the basement while simultaneously enhancing the overall air quality of the entire house.
