Our team headed to a home in Johnson City, TN to check out an issue in the finished basement. The home was vacant and the owner wanted to sell, but water intrusion was interfering in the process. A homeowner in Johnson City, TN, got in touch with us seeking assistance with waterproofing their basement due to frequent water infiltration, especially after heavy rainfall. They were utilizing the basement as an additional room and were concerned about protecting the walls and floor from mold. Following an initial assessment, we recommended the installation of a system to collect and redirect water outside of the basement.

To address this issue, we initiated the installation of a Vapor barrier on all walls. The water and moisture collected this way will flow toward the WaterGuard drainage system, which efficiently collects and diverts the water to our sump pump, effectively managing water infiltration.
