You can hardly believe that this is the same crawl space! Redeemers group did a full encapsulation and replaced the rotting, failing beams with our permanent crawl space settlement solution: the SmartJack!

Cecil M. of Blytheville, AR had major crawl space damage.  When water and moisture is present, bad things can happen.  this is a perfect example of just how devastating water damage can be.  Cecil's joist were rotted.  The floor was no longer stable, and these joists had to be replaced before stabilization could occur.  Luckily we have Eugene, who is an expert woodworker.  Eugene was able to replace all the rotted joists and subfloors so that our SmartJack^TM system could be installed.

Team leader Dalton Cole with his crew member Shane Garrett completed a significantly noticeable PolyLEVEL injection in Millington, TN. As seen in the before pictures, the concrete slab by the pool had sunk inches below the attached base concrete slab. After the injection was completed, both concrete slabs once again became level through our PolyLEVEL technology, as seen in the after pictures!

This customer's property drops off sharply at the back of the lot, and a roughly 12 foot retaining wall runs the length of the back of the property. As you can see in the "before" photo, the entire wall was sharply leaning over. It would be a matter of time before it would give way. We installed our geo lock wall anchor system to secure the wall. The "after" picture shows significant straightening of the wall as an immediate result. With the way the geo-lock system works, over time, the wall will continue to straighten further as well as prevent further concerns of the wall toppling over.

Steve B. of Munford, TN was having settlement problems.  He was experiencing cracking in the bricks above his garage.  He knew he needed lintel repair before it became worse.  After a quick Google search, he found Redeemers Group.

Marcus took the trip to Munford to provide Steve a free inspection and to design a solution for his garage.  Marcus explained that we could fix his problem permanently and make those cracks disappear.  Steve accepted Marcus' proposal and the work was scheduled.
