Through careful coordination, the crew achieved complete leveling of the front porch and both sunken areas of the carport, eliminating visible cracks and restoring a smooth, safe surface throughout.

In addition to the concrete restoration, LumberKote™ was applied throughout the crawl space, creating a moisture-resistant barrier that helps prevent wood rot and structural decay. Check out this concrete driveway restoration project for Charlotte R. in Damascus, AR.  This was a real pain for Charlotte as she was unable to use her driveway due to the severity of the settlement.  Concrete repair expert Tommy and crew were able to lift this sunken section of concrete and put it back where it was supposed to be.
