Our crawl space was an absolute wreck. We did an entire house renovation several years ago, but I've never seen a transformation like what Kyle, Chet, and Jake performed today when they encapsulated underneath my house. Not only does the work look impeccable, they even showed up 2 days early after finishing another job to get a jump on my project. They were on time, and worked the entire day. I don't think they even took a lunch break. The customer service was great too. Anytime I approached them with a question or request, they would take off their masks and lights, and I would tell them, "Man you don't have to do all that," they would respond with "No. It's ok. We always have time for the customer." They were extremely polite and informative about what was happening. This is a great company with great employees who care about the work they're doing. That is hard to find these days. If I ever need another service that they provide, I won't hesitate to hire Redeemers Group. It was definitely a 5 star experience. Thank You!

They were on top of everything.  I changed my appointment once and that was no problem.  They kept me informed of what was gonna happen.  The guys showed up, all business.  They didn't mess around.  They went to work immediately, worked all day, probably a 12-hour day and did a great job, and I couldn't ask for anything better.

I used, Redeemer Group to do some foundation stabilization on my home.  They came out promptly gave me a great quote and explanation of the work, and the crew, Chet and JR have been fantastic, giving me all the details of the work, they're doing, keeping me posted, cleaning everything up and, and stabilizing my home, so I recommend you guys to anyone out there that needs foundation work.

Let me just let you know about Les Jones' recent visit. Besides identifying that the sump pump needed some tightening to the exhaust pipe and correcting the problem. I mentioned that there was one place near where a seam existed in the vinyl liner that I had to wipe up some water from time to time. I had mentioned this problem on the previous service visit to a different agent. This time Les pulled off some tape in that area and identified that a piece should have been pulled upward. He made the correction. We had a torrential rain storm a couple of days before. I had never seen that much rainfall for such a long period. I went under the house the next day and there was not a drop in the place Les repaired. He was also such a pleasant and helpful representative for your company. This is someone that I hope you keep!

One of the nicest, most polite service personnel I've dealt with -- (Nolan Manson) a good hire. Above and beyond by removing a dead mouse as well.

The informational booklet was just exceptional. I felt like I had a pretty good handle on the situation just looking at it and it gives me a good reference tool. Wes Cordell was superb in his presentation. He laid things out logically, he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, his speaking voice was clear (pleasant to listen to) and articulate, he was professional in every way, etc. I just can't say enough good things about him. His presentation and his professionalism went a long way towards instilling me with the confidence to make such a large investment in my house. I am a frugal person (my daughter once said the jaws of life couldn't open my wallet), so that is significant. Please thank Wes for me.

I am sooooooo pleased with my experience !!!!! i sent a message to the company . I also did an on-line opinion survey. I am VERY HAPPY with the sump pump placement and the installment.  The guys who came here were great. Phillip who did the electrical work was awesome . The guys that did the work to dig the trench under the house were awesome. My sump pump has been totally working its little heart out today. I wish I could have had it done 28 years ago. Thank you. Charlie is a great dude with an awesome personality! I am 64 years old and have never made an investment that made me feel like it was a real success until I decided to allow Redeemers Group to work in my crawlspace. My technician was patient with me, and explained everything clear and direct. Charlie took pictures and worked hard. I am  extremely happy with his services and wish to receive a visit from him on each of my yearly maintenance visits. I am also looking forward to him getting numbers written up for some additional work that he's proposed!

Redeemers Group was great about communication. Did what they said they would do. Production foreman, job foreman/crew and people at the office were easy to work with and very professional. The call representative was pleasant, thorough, and professional at all times. I chose this company because you took care of all the work the house required prior to selling home.
