While it did take a bit of time for people from Redeemers to fit me in, I was entirely pleased with the experience both times they came. Both times Redeemers people came to my home, they were pleasant, they worked intensely, and answered all of my questions. The specialist was reliable and seemed to know their system very well.  I trusted that Redeemers could handle my problem. Clean up was excellent.  It can be messy but the place was ready for new Sheetrock and tile.  Of course I would recommend such a great company, with people who seem to care about your situation, and who know what they are doing!

The rain used to come into the basement and make the carpet wet about 3 feet out from the wall, but since the work has been completed it has not come back once.

We had lived with the problem (wet basement) for twenty years, ever since we built the house, but the work your team did stopped the problem totally!  We have not had one problem since the work has been finished.  Phillip and the team did an outstanding job, very courteous and knowledgeable.

I am happy with the service but I will have to wait until a heavy rain to see the outcome. Call Representative (Jasper) was very nice, thorough and professional. Phil (Sales Representative) was personable and offered a quick solution for my issue. Jason and his crew were professional, communicated extremely well and kept me updated on the progress.

Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and in a very timely manner. They cleaned up and disposed of everything from the demolition and left a clean, dry space...

We chose Redeemers Group because of the sales person (Mike) and how he presented everything, options, etc. He spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood everything. The work crew headed by Jason was the best.

A lot of other companies didn't want to do work or wanted money up front. I felt uncomfortable with that. They (Redeemers Group) were fantastic. The crew was really nice and did a good job. When he put a pier in the (foundation ) closet of my grandsons room and the door finally shut, he was really excited about that. Philip and David were great to work with. I would definitely recommend Redeemers Group to my friends.

I really appreciated Chris Clements staying and making sure all the work was completed. 

I had mold in my bathroom and on the walls behind the beds.  I tried adding a high volumn venitilation fan in the bath with no results.  A friend did a lot of research on the most effective way to control mold and found this company.  I knew that this friend was the type to do a complete consumer study before spending money on anything this expensive and involved, so I simply trusted his advice and I was right.  There is no mold problem whatsoever.  I also knew this would be the solution based on previous experience at my former home where we dug out the foundation shrubs, tarred the side of the house with a membrane, installed sump pumps, etc etc,  did it twice!  Still didnt solve the problem.  These guys have the answer.  It's a network and it works...simple but expensive. Mike expected to be a little late and called me to provide a heads up. As it turns out he arrived on time anyway. I was very impressed with drainage system Mike recommended.
