The home owners were having moisture and high humidity issues in their crawl space. They were very interested in a finding out about a crawlspace encapsulation to regulate the humidity and moisture to prevent damage to their home.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for their home.

Regraded the soil to direct water seepage to sump system. Removed all debris from the crawl space. Installed SmartSump pump system with liner, cast iron pump, CleanPump Stand, airtight lid with airtight floor drain and WaterWatch alarm system. Installed EZ Flow Pipe. to capture incoming water and direct it to the sump pump. Installed CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. Installed CleanSpace Drainage Matting under CleanSpace liner. Installed SaniDry Sedona to keep humidity low. Installed small pump to move water from the dehumidifier to the sump pump or out of the crawl space. Installed two wireless sensors in the crawl spaces which send temperature and humidity readings to a small panel inside the house. Installed separate dedicated circuit/outlet for the sump pump and for the dehumidifier.

This homeowner called after he noticed that moisture issues in his crawl space were creating moisture issues throughout his home. Our Production Team completed the crawl space repair, which included regrading the soil, installing a drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier, installing a SmartSump sump pump, sealing off all outside air from the crawl space, and installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
