This customer called stating he had problems with water leaking/flooding into his garage. His garage is half underground, and the underground portion of the garage would leak or flood every time it rained. He wanted to have someone waterproof his garage to prevent this problem. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Tyler, to the property for a free waterproofing estimate. After assessing the property, Tyler presented the homeowner with a solution to prevent his garage from leaking. The homeowner accepted, and we sent our production team to complete the waterproofing job.

This homeowner called after he had another company waterproof his basement, and his basement began leaking again. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Darrin, to the property for a free basement inspection and estimate. Darrin found the source of the problem and presented the homeowner with a solution to permanently keep his basement dry. The homeowner accepted the proposal, and proceeded with basement waterproofing from Olympic Restoration Systems. 

This solution included sealing the walls and part of the floor with Permaflex, and installing an UltraSump sump pump.

This business owner was having wet basement issues in their retail building, and needed to get that situation resolved in his business. He knew that he wanted to use a Basement Systems company, like Olympic Restoration Systems, to take care of the work for them.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their basement. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system for their business.
