These homeowners are preparing their home to sell after they retire and move to the beach. System Designer, Scotty Love, met with the homeowners to hear their concerns and provide a solution that brings them peace of mind when listing their home in the future. 

Our Foreman, Austin Dizon, and his crew installed our crawl space waterproofing solution which consisted of 3 Smart Sump pumps to remove any water that enters into their crawl space, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the space nice and dry and our Clean Space vapor barrier to turn this area into a clean usable space. 

This Northwoods Trl, McLean, VA homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions needing more clean storage space. Their current crawl space was damp, dark and the storage containers would grow mold! System designer, Todd Simmons, was happy to meet with them, explain the encapsulation products and provide a free, same-day estimate. Ready to move forward, they agreed.
