This Rockville home had a crawl space With high moisture and a slight odor. The homeowners needed a solution for this problem.

Our System Design Specialist Dave Mauldin, went out to evaluate the situation. He concluded that the crawl space would need to be encapsulated with Cleanspace Liner ,Silverglo and a SaniDry sedonia Dehumidtifier.

With a plan set our production team came to the home to start the project.

This tall crawlspace was experience water problems. We installed a CleanSpace liner and drainage matting, perimeter french drain, TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry dehumidifier.

This home in Bethesda, MD had concerns about their moldy and musty smelling crawl space. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this issue. Our System Designer, Jordan went out to this home and provided a solution to this issue. Jordan suggested to install out Clean Space vapor barrier. This products name tells it all. It provides a barrier to protect your home from the earth's outside elements. While also providing a clean space for you to utilize your crawlspace.

With a plan set, Nick Mori and his production team came to the home and installed Drainage Matting, our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and Rim Joist insulation.

This crawl space was in rough shape when the home owner called us out to give an estimate! Years of water intrusion had caused mold, wood rot, and sagging insulation. Riley, one of our system designers put together an estimate and proposal for the customer which included installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to fully encapsulate & waterproof the crawl space. We then added several of our SmartJacks to support the main beam of the home and prevent further floor sagging.
