This home in Martinsville, VA was having issues with water coming into the crawlsoace. Our System Designer, Ed Vest was able to go out to this home and provide a perminate solution. Ed knew the best solution to this issue would an encapsualtion. Ed reccomended CleanSpace and SilverGlo Wall insulation.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace.  We also installed our EZ flow pipe to allow any water to drain out of the crawlspace, this pipe leads to a sump pump. From the sump the water is pumped out through a discharge out of the home. 

This homeowner in Martinsville reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had a recurring issue with water seeping into their basement with rain and they wanted a permanent solution to this problem.

To best solve this issue, Fortress went out and installed WaterGuard along the perimeter basement walls, along with a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. These products will work together to keep this basement dry by catching any water seepage before it ever reaches the basement floor, and then channeling that water to the SuperSump where it will be pumped out of the home and into the yard through an exterior discharge line. This homeowner will never have to worry about a wet basement again!
