Our Team made this waterproofing process in Bedford, Virginia a smooth and easy project for this church community. The church members were seeing buckets of water pouring in through the walls in their fellowship hall. System Designer, Paul Heckman, sent our Production Crew out to install our Water Guard Drainage System and Triple Safe Sump Pump to guarantee the fellowship hall will remain dry. 

This Bedford, VA homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions after water was continually entering into the basement through a crack in the wall. System Designer, Zack Bullock, was happy to go out to perform a complete inspection. Zack offered a same-day, free estimate. Wanting a permanent fix, the homeowner agreed. Foreman David Bowers was soon onsite to install the solution, a FlexiSpan. FlexiSpan is a flexible sealant that will never dry or crack and flexes to the natural movement of your foundation wall, ensuring a completely waterproofed seal. Now this Westview Ave, Bedford, VA homeowner has a dry basement!

Fortress Foundation Solutions received a call from this homeowner due to issues concerning her basement. She explained that her basement was damp and musty because of the moist environment; she also had efflorescence on the floor and walls of the basement. The mustiness and dampness of this space was due to unwanted water and high humidity levels in the basement. The root of the moisture problem was tracked to the basement’s malfunctioning sump pump. Fortress was happy to help this homeowner address all of her basement waterproofing problems. The sump pump was replaced with a SuperSump. A gravity exit was also installed to aid in the removal of the unwanted water. Other drainage systems were also installed: the WaterGuard Port. This helped with the water problems that this basement was experiencing. On the outside of the home, IceGuard and Lawnscape were installed, along with a pump discharge and pipeoff. All of these solutions work to help rid this basement of its musty and damp atmosphere.

This house was experiencing water intrusion issues along the front wall of the home. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a WaterGaurd system and Super Sump + to address the issues with water coming into the front wall of the basement.

The basement of this home in Huddleston had a problem with repeated flooding. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a permanent solution on how to keep their basement dry.

Our System Designer,went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe sump pump and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home. These products will work together to ensure that this homeowner will no longer have to worry about a flooded basement!
