This customer was tired of their home suffering from sagging floors & decided to reach out to Fortress Foundation Solutions for an estimate. We sent out a system designer who did an inspection of the home and gave a proposal and quote to the homeowner. We utilized our SmartJack® crawl space support system for this project. The SmartJacks provide a solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space.

A customer near Rohrersville, MD had a horizontal crack all the way around their basement. They learned about Fortress Foundation Solutions on a TV commercial and decided to call the All Things Basementy company for a free estimate. Danny Camunas, System Designer, completed a thorough inspection offering a permanent solution. Wanting to protect their home, they agreed. Soon David Bowers and his crew were onsite installing our PowerBrace™ system, consisting of steel I beams secured to joists above the wall with steel brackets. It can stop further damage and potentially straighten walls. The after photo shows the PowerBraces in place providing the stabilization this foundation needed.
