This homeowner in Dry Fork reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because the crawl space of their home was damp and musty, and they wanted to see what could be done to fix it up.

To best solve this issue, Fortress went out and installed a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, along with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep out moisture, and keep this space dry!

The crawl space in this home in West Augusta, VA was having issues with water intrusion in the basement of the home. After calling Fortress, our System Designer was able to provide a free estimate for an encapsulation. Our Forman and his crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and SaniDry Dehumidifier and our SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System to help keep water from making a mess in the crawl space again.   

This customer was tired of dealing with a damp, dirty crawlspace, and wanted Fortress to repair and encapsulate the space to protect against high humidity, mold, wood rot, and high energy bills. Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was the perfect solution for this homes problems.

The customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions with a moldy crawl space that was allowing the heat from the house to escape. Fortress solved these problems by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation and RimTight Insulation to ensure the crawlspace would stay mold free and insulated.
