This sweet couple moved out of city to enjoy their retirement. They are new to the crawl space world and reached out to us to help educate them on effective maintenance. They were very interested in leveling and stabilizing their floors. Our System Designer, Chris Wilmouth, left the homeowners with a solution to address their concerns. 

Foreman, Matt Burger, and his crew completed the installation of a supplemental beam and nine Smart Jack Crawl Space Supports. 

In the photo from Locust Grove, Va., the initial image shows a classic issue—bowing basement walls as a result of foundation settlement, a concern that destabilizes structures and can evolve into major problems if not addressed. This customer was tired of their home suffering from sagging floors & decided to reach out to Fortress Foundation Solutions for an estimate.
