This property in Jefferson had a concrete basement floor that had sunken and was uneven with large cracks.

Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem. The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the floor. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints. 

This pool deck near Goldvein, VA had significant erosion and an animal burroughing underneath. Anxious to prevent further damage, they called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. A System Designer was soon at their home performing an inspection, providing a solution. Ready to take action they agreed! Next, the  PolyLevel crew arrived at the home and began their work. They drilled small holes at intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until all areas of the pool deck were lifted and stabilized. All the tiny holes were then filled to be undetectable. Once the homeowner adds fill dirt and landscaping, the pool will once again be a beautiful oasis ready for fun!

A homeowner near Dulles, VA had noticed their concrete driveway slab dropping over several years. There was a two inch drop causing a trip hazard! They called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. A System Designer met with them, completing an inspection and offering a solution. He recommended our PolyLevel system to lift and level the sidewalk back to its original position. Soon a Fortress PolyLevel crew was onsite raising up the driveway. Now this homeowner has a smooth and level step from the driveway into the house.

Ron T. of Madison Heights, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions after his garage had settled over 6 inches! He was hoping our PolyLevel foam would be able to help. System Designer Danny Camunas, met with Ron, completed an inspection, took some measurements and provided an estimate. Ron was ready for the restoration! Soon Tim Gregorin and his crew were onsite ready to install the PolyLevel Foam system. They were highly successful lifting the entire garage floor 6 inches!
