The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. 

A homeowner near Centreville, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing the concrete settling in front of this doorway. Over time, rain water can wash away the underlying dirt, causing a drop which often results in a tripping hazard.
