This Appomattox homeowner knew she had sagging floors, but didn't know about the mold problem until her plumber pointed it out and told her to call the experts - Fortress Foundation Solutions. Caleb Stone was quick to provide her with a free estimate and she agreed to get that mold out of her home! Our foreman, Lucky, and his crew went to work and soon it was bye-bye mold. They then installed Smart Jacks to lift and stabilize her sagging floor joists and finished by encapsulating the entire crawl space with CleanSpace. Now ground moisture is locked away preventing further mold growth and wood rot. Clean, mold-free air flows from the crawl space up into the home making it safe and secure!

Homeowner Dan Power recently purchased a home in Appomattox, VA. His last home had a crawlspace that had been encapsulated, and Dan enjoyed the peace of mind and extra storage space that created for him and his family. We send out one of our System Designers, Caleb Stone, and he did an inspection and created a plan to suit the needs of the Power family. They agreed to the plan, and had WaterGuard, SilverGlo, CleanSpace, and a Sedona SaniDry installed by a crew led by Warren Dickerson. This system would keep their foundation safe from water damage, their energy bills low, and would create more real estate for them to store items in. After the project was complete, they were happy with the installation, and very pleased with how pleasant the process was, saying that "the service and dependability is the best."

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed CleanSpace drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, SmartJacks, and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier with external discharge.

This home in Shenandoah,  VA was having issues with water coming into their crawlspace. They wanted to get this issue resolved as fast and as accurately as possible, so they called Fortress Foundation Solutions to fix this issue. 

Our System Designer, went out to this home to provide a free estimate.We knew the best solution to the issue these homeowners were facing was a total encapsulation. Our Foreman, Aaron and his crew went out to this home. The crew installed our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier to protect the crawlspace from the outside elements. To control the water coming into the crawlspace, our crew installed our Smart Sump. The sump pump allows the water to be pumped out the home through a discharge line. The crew also installed out SaniDry Dehumidifier to alleviate any moisture.  

The final result of this encapsulation was a clean and water free crawl space for years to come.
