This home in South Boston, VA was having issues with moisture in the crawl space of the home. The area was very humid and needed some help! 

Our System Designer was able to go out to this home and provide an estimate for a permanent fix! After a close look at the issues on hand, the System Designer new the best solution would be an encapsulation. The System Designer suggested our SilverGlo insulation to help regulate the crawlspace, our SaniDry Dehumidifier to help elevate any moisture in the crawlspace and our CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect the crawl space from outside elements while also giving a bright look! 

Michael B. of Whitetop, VA, called Fortress Foundation Solutions after realizing his crawl space was damp and musty! He was concerned about the moisture causing damage to his floor joists and sub-flooring. System Designer, Troy King, was happy to meet with Michael and his wife. After performing a full inspection, Troy presented them with a free estimate. It didn't take long for these homeowners to decide to protect their biggest investment by encapsulating their crawl space! Warren Dickerson, foreman, was sent out to install CleanSpace vapor barrier and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Soon Michael's crawl space was clean, bright, white and ready for storage! 

The crawl space of this home in Halifax was collecting water every time it rained. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution on keeping that crawl space dry.
