Rashad & Cody did the annual maintenance on my sump pump and dehumidifier along with changing the filter....they both were so professional and kind....Rashad did the cleaning of the pump and also replaced the filter...Cody was explaining and Rashaad was as well, explaining a great of many different things on why it's so important to have the Annual Maintenance done...it was explained very well and also good to know. I was impressed with the 2 gentlemen on how well they work together and also their professionalism...

My experience with Fortress Foundations was great. Cara was very knowledgeable and informative in explaining the issues needing fixed in my homes foundation and the process to resolve the matter. She was always available to answer my many questions between our initial meeting and the actual service date. The crew doing the work were very polite and respectful. Sonny Kingsbury came by and gave me an estimate for encapsulation of my crawl space recently. He was on time, professional and very informative. He did a thorough inspection of my whole crawl space, supplied lots of pictures and also informed me of other potential issues with my foundation. I had some more questions after he emailed me an estimate and we conversed by email. I then wanted to talk with him regarding some more questions and he was very easy to set up a convenient time to talk.
