Sonny Kingsbury came by and gave me an estimate for encapsulation of my crawl space recently. He was on time, professional and very informative. He did a thorough inspection of my whole crawl space, supplied lots of pictures and also informed me of other potential issues with my foundation. I had some more questions after he emailed me an estimate and we conversed by email. I then wanted to talk with him regarding some more questions and he was very easy to set up a convenient time to talk. The representative, Riley, that came out to inspect our basement issue was very professional. He thoroughly explained his observations and recommendations. Thankfully he was honest, too, which resulted in us needing a plumber instead of Fortress’ services. But I would not hesitate to call them again for a professional and honest assessment of anything basement related!!!
