I am very pleased with my experience with Fortress Foundation Solutions. From Eddie (the system designer) to Nick (job foreman), Dante and Jarred (the crew), as well as Josh (electrician). Every step of the way, they were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable in what needed to be done to my crawl space.They didn't just do the minimums of their job, they went above and beyond by explaining what they were doing and answering any questions. As they worked, they let me know they found a leak in one of the condensation lines for my HVAC unit, so I could contact that company to have it repaired.When the HVAC repair man came, he commented on what a great job the Fortress crew had done. He said his work takes him into all kinds of crawlspaces and every crawlspace he has been in that Fortress has done have been excellent and has helped his customers with their heating and cooling as well as making the air quality of the home so much better.Another man who works in telecommunications and goes to all kinds of job sites, when he went in the crawlspace, he too commented on a job well done and was very impressed.When the county inspector came for the final inspection, he too commented on what a great job they had done. The county I live in, the inspectors are known for being real sticklers on the details. When I said the Fortress crew had done a great job. He responded with, "Yes. Only the best."I would recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions to anyone who has a crawlspace. My crawlspace and encapsulation was completed today. Kevin, Ant, Dakota and Nate showed up yesterday as scheduled. The rain and cold showed up about the same time, but it didn’t seem to matter. They worked quickly and efficiently. The electrical team, Larry and Josh, were in and out so fast I almost missed them. For the brief moments, they needed to be in the house they always took their shoes off ( even when I said it wasn’t necessary). Everyone on the team was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. The resulting work was incredible. I wish I had taken some before photos. It’s hard to believe the difference.When choosing a company to do this, I had no experience or frame of reference. I made my choice based on the recommendation of a friend. I would make the same recommendation to anybody.

The service I got from Scott and the team was awesome. They made it very convenient and worked with me on my schedule. I feel much better about going in my crawlspace now if I have to. 👍😁

Had a vapor barrier installed in my crawl space and I was very happy with it!! The staff is very friendly and got it done way sooner than i expected. Would highly recommend Fortress foundation to anyone!!

My experience with my crawlspace encapsulation was great. I got a quote from Danny Camunas and he went over it in detail to make sure I knew all the areas that needed to be fixed. I had mold, water seepage and humidity. Travis Farmer and his crew was very professional and did an excellent job. He made sure that I was updated of the progress and went over the equipment installed when done. I needed electrical work done and it was nice that there is an electrician in the staff. Jeremy Vest and Dakota were my electricians. I am very pleased with the completed job and would highly recommend. I interviewed 4 companies and this was my choice.

I was so impressed with Fortress Foundation Solutions and their knowledge of our crawl space and professionalism. Caleb did our initial assessment and was extremely respectful of our home, our situation and helped us come up with a solution that would protect our crawl space at a price we could afford. The foreman Scott and his crew, Dan, Jordan and Matthew worked diligently and efficiently for the two days they were here. They were respectful of our home and so kind to my kids who were asking them a million questions as they worked. Scott kept me up to date on the project and made sure that I understood the work they were doing and how it would affect the home. I was very impressed with all of the work done start to finish.

Mike and his crew(david,austin,alex,brett) did an amazing job with a crawlspace encapsulation that had been having a major water issue. they even finished a day earlier then expected!

The Fortress crew came today to do a crawlspace encapsulation for radon mitigation. They arrived a little earlier than the promised time. The crew chief, Gustavo was very polite and professional. Along with Luis, Jorge, and Daniel they finished the job ahead of schedule and with excellent quality. They also cleaned the area well. Great crew and good company. Additionally the system designer, Skylar Beverage, came right on time for the initial assessment and provided us with a carefully calculated cost estimate at the end of his visit. Skylar knew we had a very serious time constraint and tried hard and succeeded in meeting our timing needs beyond expectations. Bravo.

On Friday January 16th Fortress Service techs Cody and Clint serviced our crawl space and provided us with an estimate for insulating required by code. Both Cody and Clint were well informed, polite and through. Our experience with Fortress Foundation has been positive. Jim and Joan Jackson
