Sonny was great for our initial visit and work up. The work crew was wonderful! Nick, Jared, and Jordan all did a great job. Super polite, clean and courteous! Highly recommend. Financing options were available too, which was a big plus.

My experience with my crawlspace encapsulation was great. I got a quote from Danny Camunas and he went over it in detail to make sure I knew all the areas that needed to be fixed. I had mold, water seepage and humidity. Travis Farmer and his crew was very professional and did an excellent job. He made sure that I was updated of the progress and went over the equipment installed when done. I needed electrical work done and it was nice that there is an electrician in the staff. Jeremy Vest and Dakota were my electricians. I am very pleased with the completed job and would highly recommend. I interviewed 4 companies and this was my choice.

Excellent service. It was time for the dehumidifier that they installed to be checked and the techinican Clint came right at the scheduled time and gave me a heads up 15 minutes before he got here. He was very professional and not only fixed a leak caused by a hose the cats knocked loose but went the extra mile and brought in a shop vac and vaccumed up the water. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Fortress Foundation from start to finish. They came out to address issues we were having with our crawl space and a sinking floor, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and care.Caleb Stone was the first gentleman we worked with, and he was absolutely wonderful. He took his time thoroughly inspecting the crawl space, then sat down with us to explain everything in detail. He walked us through all of our options, answered every question we had, and helped create a plan that fit within our financial budget. He never rushed us and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. He even scheduled the work before leaving and checked in after everything was completed, which we really appreciated.Our project foreman, Scott Farmer, provided outstanding customer service. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly took pride in his work, and made me feel confident in the job being done. He also spoke very highly of Fortress, saying it was an honest company and that he genuinely loved working for them—which really says a lot. I always want to support companies that have happy employees!Scott’s crew—Dan, Jamill, and Jordan—were also fantastic. They were all friendly, professional, and worked extremely well together as a team. Every interaction I had with them was positive. They were even great with our dogs, who frequently tried to visit them for pets!Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Fortress Foundation did excellent work, communicated clearly every step of the way, and treated us and our home with respect. WOW WOW WOW … The team at Fortress Foundation Solutions was outstanding, starting with the office team (Hollie and Demi), to the System Designer (Sumner), all the way to the installation team (Warren, Logan, Devin, and Gavin), they all provide a superior customer service like no other company I’ve dealt with. Not only do they stay in constant communication with you, every step of the way, but they give you full disclosure of the entire crawl space encapsulation process, and answer any questions you may have. I can’t praise their services enough, they are truly a 5-Star company.

From the initial consult with Eddie to the actual installation with Scott, Dan and Jamil and the electrical work by Larry and Dakota that was needed to complete the crawl space encapsulation and dehumidifier install, I was impressed. Pete, Steve and Tim did an excellent job installing an encapsulated crawl space under our new modular home. We wanted to ensure this area maintained a proper humidity level to prevent mold growth and keep area free from mice, spiders, etc. These guys worked diligently throughout the day and the end result was a very nice, professional looking crawl space. It’s nice to know there are still workers that care about their job, arrive on time, and ensure the customer is happy. I would highly recommend this company for your crawl space needs or basement repairs.

Today was the day!! Nathan and Dakota came this morning to install a new support beam, 4 jacks and a sister joist. They were even able to jack my house/floor back to its original position closing all gaps and stopping all squeaky floors. Both great guys and HARD workers. I’ll never use another company for anything basementy!I haven’t even decided yet if I’m going to go with Fortress foundation but I can tell u one thing. If this world had more ppl like Caleb Stone we would be much better off. Caleb showed up early, more than ready for any questions or concerns we threw at him. Not only was he absolutely 100% professional, but he was very personable and easy to relate to and talk with. When he showed up here, he had all the latest gizmos and gadgets to surpass any expectation that we had. To say he was thorough is an understatement. When I told him I wanted to go under the house to inspect the foundation with him not only was he completely on board to answer all my questions and what if’s but he had an extra hazmat suit for me and gloves to make sure I was completely comfortable and well protected. After doing the inspection of my home, he spent 30 to 45 minutes, just educating us on our possible options and outcomes, with the understanding that we might not even go with his company. But not once did I feel rushed or on a time crunch. I can’t say enough about how well this company has prepared their employees with training, retraining, and education. Being a veteran on a set income, he went over payment options with me and even got me preapproved in under five minutes. To say the least I was impressed and more then happy to give away my 8k. They also do military discounts. This company was built by one man, local here and has grown 3 states wide. I truly look fwd to doing business with them.
