"I work with a medium sized real estate team that's been operating in the northern virginia area for over 30+ years. We consistently run into time-line issues and having our trusted network of contractors constantly learning about the process of a real estate transaction. Information I am sure they could live without. We had a total of 5 different contractors come out to Duke Drive in Alexandria, a listing we were under contract for. The job required sistering two floor joices in a tiny crawl space. All four of them declined to do the work. We figured the degree of difficulty didn't warrant them coming to sister two boards. Santiago came out the same day for an estimate, gave me a completion date and the work ended up being finished before the settlement date had to be pushed back a second time. Jon was also very responsive and quick to help me with the letter head required by the underwriters stating the job had been finished. All in all, starting a "real estate team" is such a great idea. Santiago knew the real estate process, I didn't have to explain it to him. He got the job done before a very short deadline and the entire process has been refreshing to say the least. I wish every type of large contractor would have a real estate team as you do. Keep up the good work!

The guys were awesome. They were careful with their language and noise levels. Crew cleaned up well behind themselves. Firstly, Chris made a visit to gauge the scope of work and the materials required. His is very professional and we kept in touch prior to the repair crew arriving a few weeks later.Tim and his crew arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. Their methods were far superior to another company that was out here a few years back who did a slap and dab with their caulking product. Pad lifting was fair but not good. Chris had emphasize the need to lift the pads to the weep holes in the retaining wall that is 52' long.Tim kept me apprise of their progress and the final result looks great. The clean-up was excellent and nothing was left behind but the great work. Five stars for certain and a highly recommended company for a wet basement (MIL) and our driveway and large parking area.

Joe came out to evaluate and give a detailed analysis on how to resolve our cracked concrete floor in our garage. Joe was very detailed about what was to be done and also showed a video that clearly explains how the floor would be corrected. I appreciate the help from fortress and their professionalism with this project. I would absolutely recommend fortress to anyone .

Ethan and Sam went above and beyond. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The customer service from this company is amazing. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

I had Adam from Fortress out to my home for some sagging concrete on our front porch. Ethan and Sammy did a great job adding some foam to lift and re-level it. They were clean, courteous, and professional.

We used Fortress Foundation Solutions for an urgently needed sidewalk lift on a new home we recently purchased, to help movers safely transport our contents.Riley responded quickly and Fortress worked with us to schedule the work two days before the movers arrived. The whole Fortress team was great at communicating, educating on the product and the process of lifting the sidewalk.The day the work was done, we were driving to our new home in West Virginia, but Ethan, the foam foreman, called and talked us through the work, then called again when the job was done to inform on how the job went, and sent a photo to show us the result and advised on follow-up care.Great people, communication, professionalism and results. Any future concrete or foundation needs, Riley and Fortress Foundation are on our “first to call” list.

Caleb came in a timely manner to give an estimate and worked us in the schedule quickly. Tim came to lift our concrete pads that house the HVAC units. This was done in a professional manner with minimal clean up. I would highly recommend the Fortress Foundation crew. Thank you both so much!

Fortress Foundation Solutions did a fantastic job lifting and leveling and filling cracks in our driveway, walkway, and patio! The team was great: Joe, Tim, Alex, and Tim were superb workers and extremely professional
