Nothing but praise for the Fortress Foundation team! From the start, their team was comprehensive in their approach and made everything super easy. The wall of my crawl space was slightly caving in due to pressure from water flowing downward in the backyard towards the foundation. Adam came out quickly to check out the situation, was thorough in his assessment (including checking in with neighbors to see if they had the same issue) and he sent through a detailed quote. Their team was able to schedule the work quickly and took care of everything without me having to be present at the property since I don't live there full time. Santiago and his crew, Rony Sr. and Rony Jr., clearly know how to deliver for customers. They let me know when they were arriving, called to let me know how everything went, and sent through lots of pictures of the completed work. I can't believe they were able to fully reinforce the crawl space and fix the cracked exterior block of the foundation all in less than 8 hours. I'm super pleased with their work and the customer service I received and would absolute recommend them for any foundation-related needs!

Madison did a great job of telling what her company does. I will keep her in mind. Somethings they can help with include basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, foundation repair, humidity and mold control.      

The guys arrived at my house on time and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, we were having unusually cold temperatures both days they were here. I never heard them complain once. I can say now that the job is complete, I’m seeing a significant difference in the temperature inside my home.Hats off to Gus, Luis, Jorge and Fernando for a job well done under bitter cold conditions.

Never have had to outside contract, so was a bit concerned. Adam made thigs easy and clear with his initial inspection, as well as setting job up. The crew did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the results. Would highly recommend in the future.Greg

The work was finished with a few glitches that had to be worked through. The crew’s kept me informed and I appreciate the updates. Scott Greear, came out and did our home inspection today and he was awesome. Said the basement was good. Not wanting to charge for work that is not necessary. Love the honesty.

We had Fortress Foundation install a sump pump in our basement. The crew they sent out was absolutely incredible. We’ve had contractors in and out of our house for the past month and these guys were a breath of fresh air. They were on time, had great communication, they were tidy and respectful to our space and hard workers.Nick also found and fixed an issue that we thought was part of our foundation problem that we’ve been dealing with for over a year that I’ve lost lots of sleep over. He went above and beyond his job duties and we are so grateful that Nick and his crew worked in our house.They finished yesterday and today it’s raining all day, it’s the first time in a long time that I’m not worrying about water in the basement.
