Adam was great! He was able to come out and look at the property right away since we are on a tight timeline to give us his honest evaluation of what was needed. He was very helpful in stating that his company wouldn't be the right fit for this repair, that would it was more of a contractor job, but he did take a good look at everything to make sure we could figure out where the water intrusion was coming from and give me his best advice on the needed repair.

Joe came out to access the situation in my basement. His expertise and knowledge to this matter is exceptional. He explained the problem and suggested a solution to me with a great price.Jordan did an excellent job installing the dehumidifier. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain how the system works, made sure the setup was tailored to my space, and left everything clean and tidy when he finished. The humidity levels have been perfect ever since, and the air feels noticeably fresher.I really appreciated the attention to detail and friendly attitude from both of them—they clearly takes pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing "anything basementy"!

Warren, Logan, Devin and Pete did great work, got the job completed early. Warren explained the dehumidifier and sump pump thoroughly to me and answered all my questions. Very polite and professional young men! Caleb did the initial inspection, kept me informed and thoroughly explained his findings. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured into making any decisions. Jeremy, the electrician, was very polite and professional and explained everything that he was going to be doing. The entire experience was great. They were done early and the job was very well done and looks amazing. And overall positive experience with this company

Adam was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He came out to a property we were in the process of buying and provided a free assessment and recommendations related to the homes foundation and water management. He didn’t try and sell us anything or make a mountain out of a mole hill. He simply provided an expert, practical opinion on the structural integrity of the home and what he would suggest. It was refreshing to interact with a foundation specialist that wasn’t out to sell you something you don’t need. I highly recommend Adam and this business if you have foundation questions.

The gentleman did exactly as promised. Called before arrival, arrived well within the projected window, did the work to service our sump area etc, spent time giving us operational overview and cleaned up the area.

We have had the BEST experience with Fortress! It all started with Danny who came out quickly to help evaluate what we would need as we had 4 feet of water in our finished basement. We knew we never wanted to experience that again. He made the process so easy and put our mind at ease. We talked to many others, but we were sure Fortress was the best choice.When it came time for the work, Nathan, Dakota W., Antoney and Kevin were amazing! They further confirmed for us that we made the right choice. They called the morning of the project to let me know they were on their way. This was a pretty big project, so of course I was a little nervous. I had also had a friend who had a similar thing done with a different company, and the job they did and all around experience was terrible, so naturally I was extra nervous. From the moment they arrived, and we started discussing the project and how they were going to begin and confirming what they were going to do, my worries were diminished.They were extremely courteous, respectful and efficient. They left the space clean and aside from the system they installed you would never have known they were there. The explained everything along the way, and did all they could to be sure we knew exactly how everything works. They made the entire experience a positive one! My husband and I could not be more pleased and could not recommend them enough! We have some crawlspaces that will most likely also need tending to in the next couple of years, and I can only hope that they will be the ones to come and complete that project as well. Even though water in your basement is something we never wish on anyone, we are so glad to have been able to work with Fortress and their amazing team and would for sure use them again!

Madison did a great job of telling what her company does. I will keep her in mind. Somethings they can help with include basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, foundation repair, humidity and mold control.

Cody did the annual maintenance for the encapsulation, jacks and dehumidifier under my house. He was so helpful and informative. He answered all my questions and explained the procedure. I was very pleased with the appointment.
