The floors over the crawl space of this Occoquan home were cold in the winter. We found that the crawl space was vented and suffered from mold growth and damaged insulation. We sealed the vents, removed old insulation, and added TerraBlock to the dirt floor. We also installed 20 mil. CleanSpace anti-microbial vapor barrier and insulated the walls as a final touch. 

This home in Merrifield, VA was experiencing some leaking in their basement that would get worse in the days following a heavy storm - especially like these summer thunderstorms we've been experiencing! The 3 Pros team drilled around the perimeter of the basement to install a SuperSump system to keep the basement dry.

Then, 2" thick SilverGlo insulation was installed on the crawl space walls and the rim joists were sealed with polyurethane spray foam. Now Tom is happy with a job well done!
