The customer had bowing walls. We stabilized the garage with support beams

A homeowner in Ashland, KY, had been dealing with a water intrusion problem over the years, and when combined with cracking found on the interior and exterior foundation walls, it was heading toward a serious structural issue. The Alford crew installed PowerBrace and GeoLock to permanently stabilize the walls and potentially straighten them back into position. The homeowner could now rest easy knowing their foundation was secure for years to come.

Our customer, Greg K. was experiencing crawlspace issues including standing water. 

An Alford Home Solutions Solution Specialist determined the best course of action to solve the customers issue and recommended waterproofing their crawlspace. 

Duct tape was placed over these foundation cracks so that the crew could monitor lift. As you can see we managed to not only stabilize the foundation but also close up that ugly crack.
