Matt & his crew did a fantastic and very professional job stabilizing our garage wall with tie backs. We had a structural engineer look at the completed work who was also very satisfied with the work. There was a lot of dust even after the crew left, so just be ready. It’s worth the dust to have the peace of mind that our wall is solid. Zack also came out and did some electrical work for us and did a great job. He was very transparent and communicated with me exactly what he was finding and what needed to be done. He gave me a price to do the work and then even did the work the same day. He encountered a couple of obstacles but looped us in and explained his solution. Very happy with the work Alford did on our home!!!

The job was good, the installation crew was very good and the experience with the office staff was good.  After looking & talking about my situation & watching the work being done & after completion, I was impressed.  It took one day longer than they predicted, but it was worth it. 

Alford replaced some floor joists and secured the main beam in my house. Strong, even floors now and they left the work area very clean. Aaron was great in explaining my options without any high-pressure sales tactics. All in all, Alford was good to work with and I'm confident that the repairs were done correctly.

I had a foundation issue in my basement in which Alford installed carbon fiber to fix the problem. Alford came out in a timely manner to give an estimate. From the initial in home consultation to the completion of the project, we were very satisfied with no complaints. The positive reviews are accurate. Alford even beat all other pricing from other foundation repair companies. Their warranty can’t be beat!

Alford was by far the best all-around, not only were they more affordable they were on time and very professional. The crew that came were knowledgeable and hardworking and got right to work digging and installing 4 piers to stabilize my garage. I had a big waterproofing job done, and I could not be happier with the crew I had. I had a number of estimates done, and most companies were estimating that the job would take at least a month. Aaron's crew finished it in less than two weeks!I have multiple properties and have worked with a number of contractors. I have never seen anyone work as tirelessly as Aaron, Nehemiah, and Josh. The three-person crew arrived early and regularly worked at least 10-hour days. I could not believe the progress they made and how intense they worked. By Day 3, I trusted them with a key to the building (which I have never done before). Aaron put himself in my shoes and treated the project as if it were his own. Additionally, Aaron was a great with communicating at every step of the process. He showed up when he said he was going to, and he made sure I understood what was going on at every step of the process. Amazingly, they left the place cleaner than it was when they got there, which just doesn't happen in this field. I have never been so impressed.If you need any work done, you should specifically request Aaron and his crew. That will be my first call for all of my projects going forward.
