The SmartJacks were positioned to provide strong, permanent support exactly where it was needed. Unlike temporary posts or improvised supports, the SmartJack system is designed to transfer the weight of the floor structure through an engineered support system and provide long-term stabilization.

An important advantage of SmartJack is its adjustability. The system can be tightened during installation to stabilize the floor and can be adjusted in the future if conditions require it.

With just two strategically placed SmartJacks, Sure-Dry was able to reinforce the problem area without unnecessarily altering the rest of the basement.

The homeowner now has a more solid, properly supported floor above and a permanent structural solution focused specifically on the area that needed reinforcement.

The collected water is then directed into a SuperSump®, where it is pumped safely away from the foundation.

The three components work together as one waterproofing system: CleanSpace manages moisture coming through the walls, WaterGuard captures and channels incoming water, and SuperSump removes it from the home.

With the installation complete, this Little Chute homeowner now has a cleaner, drier and better-protected basement with a system designed to manage water from the foundation walls all the way to its safe removal from the home.
