Before:
This De Pere homeowner had a sunken sidewalk that was uneven and pulling away from the home. Water was draining toward the foundation, and the old joints were cracked and deteriorating—creating both a tripping hazard and a potential for water damage.

After:
Using PolyLevel®, we lifted and leveled the sidewalk slabs to eliminate height differences and restore proper slope. We sealed the joints with NexusPro®, a long-lasting, flexible joint sealant that protects against water infiltration. To help move water away from the foundation for good, we also installed a buried downspout extension, leaving a clean finish and no visible drain pipe in the yard.

Now the sidewalk is smooth, stable, and protected—and so is the home’s foundation.
