Before:
A homeowner in Kewaunee was facing multiple crawl space issues. Water seeped in at the floor and wall joints, creating damp conditions and musty odors. On top of that, the wooden beams supporting the floor above had weakened, causing noticeable sagging in certain areas of the home.

After:
Our team installed a complete system to address both the moisture and structural concerns. WaterGuard® was installed along the crawl space perimeter to capture water and channel it to the SuperSump® sump pump, which reliably discharges it away from the home. The crawl space was encapsulated with the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, sealing out ground moisture and dramatically improving the environment. To restore structural stability, we installed SmartJack® supports, which reinforced the failing beams and lifted the sagging floors back toward their original position.

The crawl space is now dry, stable, and healthy, giving the homeowner peace of mind knowing their foundation and living space are fully protected.

Before:
In Kewaunee, this homeowner dealt with constant water seepage in one corner of the basement. Rainy weather meant wet concrete, musty smells, and constant worry about flooding. With an older sump system and no backup protection, it only took a power outage or heavy downpour to cause a problem.

After:
We installed a WaterGuard® Interior Drainage System to collect and direct water before it reaches the floor surface. A SuperSump® Sump Pump was paired with the UltraSump® Battery Backup System, providing extra protection when the power goes out or during periods of high water volume.

To remove water in their monolithic crawlspace, we installed the DryTrak. This system will remove all water that seeps down from their crawlspace's wall and discharges it to their sump pump. 

Before, water from the sump system was being discharged without a proper outlet, allowing it to collect near the foundation and create ongoing drainage concerns around the home. To fix this, a buried discharge line was installed and connected to a bubbler pot, giving water a clear and controlled exit point at ground level. After the upgrade, water is safely released away from the home, helping protect the foundation, prevent pooling, and keep the yard in better condition.
