Your Service Technician Mike is great! Mike always explained everything, He also shows me how to work my Adirondack Basement Systems system. He has also answered questions about other materials that were not related for example ( humidifier, etc.). You guys are great, there is nothing that could be done differently. Your office staff is always so pleasant and helpful. In addition to the installation I have dry-locked the walls and floor. I would definitely recommend you guys! We are very pleased with the way the basement came out. We had mold & crumbling walls, the floor was in poor condition and it was always damp. Now it's like we have a whole new area in the home where we can finally store things and it smells good!  the windows, floor, and BrightWall look great! They also did a nice job on the outside of the windows with cement around the foundation.  I used to hate going down there and now I can even walk in my basement without shoes on.  Great job!
