I was very satisfied with my job.  The crew was very polite and professional.  I chose the company because of the quality of the products and the materials used for the pumps. I had my basement done in November of 2009.  We are now in April 2010 and it is working as advertised.  I lost power for 12+ hours and the battery backup pump performed excellent!

Mike has been our Customer Care Technician for the past 4 years. He is very friendly and professional. He explains the system to us every year and maintains it! The entire office staff is GREAT, and we talk to the same people year after year. We have had our system now for almost 7 years with NO ISSUES! THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

Since i put the dehumidifier in, the cellar is much more comfortable.  It's not damp or smelly.  Where you fixed the cracks in the foundation there is no longer any leaks/ rain coming into the basement! I love it! My cellar windows were a great investment! The upstairs is more comfortable and less humid!

The crew did an excellent job and everything is drying up perfectly.  Humidity is down to 51% six days after the install.  I had water on the floor of the basement in most areas before your system.  Where were you 20yrs ago?!

July was one of the wettest July's on record and I'm happy to report my basement was dry!  I could not have been happier!

Mike Coonradt serviced our de-humidifier system today. I want to commend him for his professionalism and thorough knowledge of our system. He was courteous and offered to provide any follow up if needed. Mike is a fine representative of your company. We have also been extremely pleased with the performance of your equipment and the installation of the flooring installed after our basement flooded.

The foreman did a very attractive job. The installation crew was polite, punctual- explained everything every step of the way. Along with the Design Specialist Tim was very accommodating, I've been late for several appointments and he has always been gracious. Explains the information thoroughly.To add the office staff is incredible, each time I had called I've received well explained and prompt answers to the action.
