All employees my wife and I have dealt with, some in person, some repeatedly by phone, have been bright, articulate, personable, and thoroughly professional. This includes salesman John, Ashley, Amanda, and especially installation team Aaron and John. These two young men worked long hours at a brisk pace to get our job done quickly and well. It is important to add that they too are articulate, polite and efficient. Though I can't judge the technical achievements except by future results, their work appears to have been well done.
