My only issue is the price of everything. I could have saved myself a lot of money knowing I could have spent $1200 instead of $2000 on a Aprilaire unit! Nova just made $800 plugging in this unit! This is just one example. So how is Nova helping people when they putting people like myself into debt. I spent everything I had 4 years fixing my entire west wall due to moisture issues so saving me some money would have been nice. How much does Nova pay for these units? I know it's not full price I would pay so Nova actually made almost $1000 for plugging in this aprilaire unit. Then, Enerbank, is charging me 10% interest! Are you kidding me? How much is Nova getting for this? Many people don't know but I know that is stupid, crazy, ridiculous! Just got a loan for under 6.5%. See. Nova is nickel and diming its customers for everything we own. Am I going to get some of that money back? Nope. I don't think Nova really cares because they already have my money

What made you choose our company:
There is no competition, which why Nova can charge as much as they did. I cannot recommend Nova for this reason. Now that I know exactly what was done, this was something I could have done myself with some help. It wasn't not as bad as other homes but action needed to be taken. Again, absolutely no issues with the crew or anyone I have spoken to. My only issue is the price of everything. Is it done right with no further issues? Yes! But I'm not happy about being nickel and dimed for every penny I own
