Our first call to NBS was excellent. The office staff was very friendly and answered all questions, and they always responded promptly on call backs. Our representative Dennis went over all options, and was very helpful in making my selection. Once it came time for installation, the crew arrived on time and all were very friendly. They explained what they were going to do and the whole time everything was kept clean. The attention to detail was awesome, we couldn't have asked for a better team. Tim made sure I understood what they were doing and why, went over the entire system when done, and did an excellent job with the pipe in our lawn. You cant even tell they did it.
